Haley's day

It was Haley's birthday. She wanted a butterfly cake so we made the kids wings to strap onto their backs. It was a good time.

Friday

We hung around the house for the most part. We played on a homemade slip n' slide. We went to the lake later in the day. This is the kids watching Grandpa mow the lawn.

Dinner

This is what we are up to around here. Things get a little crazy. They
are fun though. Dinner time is a little messy.
We miss Summer, kaveh, and Kayan.
Oh and Steve, that is a given though.

The shinner

Adelaide fell on a toy and cut her eye lids. Fun fun. Lucky for us
Todd was around to say that her eye was fine. We thought she might
need stitches though.
We took her to Todd's office and the optomologist said that it would
be good to get a stitch, but considering her age not likely because of
the anastetic.
So we went swimming. She is really happy. She likes to touch her
droopy eyelid though.

This is what we did today. I think we took down four trees. There was alot of wood. I think that we
did a pretty good job and I have the bruises and scrapes to prove it.

It is the beginning of our trip to VT. We are excited.

The museum

We had so much fun at the museum.  It is funny how Ezekiel is able to look at the exhibits for awhile and now Levi is the one that is all over the place.  Adelaide was in the stroller. Thank goodness.
Zek was so excited about the dinosaurs.  His face lights up when he talks about them.  Levi has the same reaction with race cars and four wheelers. Adelaide's is dogs, but every animal is a dog or a duck to her.

Yale's Peabody museum

Sunday

We love spending time at Josh and colleen's. Nothing like some long
island sound mud. They were covered.

Happy 4th of July

We had a pancake breakfast at church. That was fun. This is the boys
getting ready to do the water balloon toss with the primary. They
didn't get too far.
We saw wiltons fireworks, they were great. Levi is still a little
afraid of them. He just wanted to play with toys. The kids are
tired. We are too.

It was a great day.

I love these guys

They are having a blast on the slide. I really love life when they are
playing WELL with eachother.
